Because I’ve always wanted to draw one of these guys! πŸ˜€Β  The Amur Leopard (also known as the Far Eastern leopard), is native to parts of southeastern Russia and northeast China. Their fur is much thicker and longer than that of their African cousins because as you can imagine, the climate is quite a bit cooler. But this longer fur makes them one of the most beautiful of the big cats (in my opinion at least), and I’ve been meaning to draw one for some time now. I actually have another planned very soon.

Again, I used Art Spectrum’s Colourfix paper for this drawing. I’m still loving this stuff!
